Shoulders and Traps

A really quick session today because the gym was closing at 2 so i poered through everything, the whole session lasted about 30 minutes, heres what i done;

Military Press;
8x30/40/50/60/70/80kg

Dumbell Shoulder Press;
8x50/65/80lb (can go alot heavier on these but speed was my concern today)

Side laterals(DB)
8x20/30/40lbs

Side laterals(cable)
8x3 unsure of weight

superset

Reveres high cable pull
8x3 unsure of weight

Barbell Shrugs
12x 100kg
10x 140kg
8x 180kg

Could of done lot more and alot heavier today but just didn't have the time, good session though, good pump as well. Legs tomorrow!!!!
