Legs!!

Good session, went later on in the night so i had more energy and it paid off, heres what i done;

Squats;
12x2 60kg
8x 100kg
5x 140kg
3x 160kg
1x 180kg

Legs Press;
8x3 500lbs

Barbell Lunges
8x 60kg
8x 80kg
8x 100kg

Single Leg Curl;
12x3 25kg

Dumbell Stiff Leg Deadlift;
8x 100lb
8x 120ld           Dumbells
8x 140lb

Lying Single Leg Curl;
8x3 5kg

Standing Calf Raises
12x3 190kg

Prety good session, was made up with the lunges, i might start recording some of my lifts to post up on here.
