LEGS!!

So just got back from my leg workout which went pretty well, although come the end of it I was knackered! Heres how it went;

SQUATS:
3 x warm-up sets
4x 140kg
2x2 160kg
1x1 160kg ( Barely made this one)

LEG PRESS;
8x 500lbs
8x 600lbs
8x 700lbs

LUNGES;(barbel)
8x2 60kg
8x 80kg

LEG CURLS;
10x3 35lbs

STIFF LEG DEADLIFT;
8x3 100kg

SINGLE LEG CURLS;(standing)
8x3 35lbs

STANDING CALF RAISES
12x2 dont know weight, use all the weight

Good workout overall, was looking to get more doubles on the squat but just felt too tired but everything else went awesomely. Chest and Tris tomorrow, can't wait!

  1. Great workout man. Do you ever gain size from your powerlifting workouts as well as strength? Pretty low volume training. Great for strength no doubt.

  2. Yeah man, im eating like a horse, loads of milk and chicken. Gaining maybe 6 lbs a month, not all muscle obviously but i dont really mind
