After 2 and half years of bodybuilding I lost motivation and instantly decided powerlifting was my next path, I mean, is there a better feeling than lifting something really heavy up? So this is my blog to keep track of my progress and help me reach my goals.
My current lifts are 180kg squat, 140kg bench and a 190kg deadlift.
By the end of 2011 I hope to achieve a 220kg squat, 180kg bench and a 230kg deadlift.
