During my whole blog i will be taking you through my journey to getting strong(and big) I'll take you through each workout and a few things that happen in my life. Wish me luck kids :D

  1. My best advice to you brah is don't neglect cardio. You don't have to do high intensity or run a lot, but definitely get some stair stepper/rowing/sled pulling in atleast 2 times a week for general health purposes.
