CHEST/TRIS

Was an ok session today, felt like i didn't improve at all from my last chest session but thats life, here's what i done;

Flat Bench;
5x 100kg
4x 120kg
3x1 140kg

Incline Bench Press;
8x 60kg
8x 90kg
6x 80kg
drop
6x 60kg

Dips;
8x BW
8x2 BW+20kg

Flat Hammer press;
8x3 80lbs each side

Incline Flies;
8x 40/60/80lbs

Cable Pushdown;
8x3 Dont know weight

CGBP;
8x50kg

Sort of an in and out session today which is ghey, oh well life goes on, prepare for back/bis tomorrow!
