Back

Just done my back today, didn't have enough time to hit the biceps, heres what i done;

Deadlifts;
12x 60kg
10x 100kg
5x 140kg
3x 180kg
1x 210kg
1x 220kg

Reverse grip Lat Pull Down;
8x 90/100/110kg

T bar Row;
8x 60/80kg
4x 100kg drop 4x 80kg drop 6x 60kg

Reverse grip barbell row;
10x 60kg
8x 100/120kg
12x 90kg

Dumbell Row;
8x 140/170/200lbs dumbells

Reverse grip cable row;
8x 70/90/110kg

Bleh workout but im buzzing about the deadlift so im feeling good. trained with my two friends today who are beginners so im blaming them for a average workout lol. Shoulders/Traps/Bis tommoz, gonna be a grueler!
